This Billet Aluminum Bottom Sump with Integrated Fuel Return System is machined out of T6061 aircraft grade billet aluminum. It features a unique “clamp in o-ring style seal” instead of the competition’s standard "ring of bolts." The Bottom Sump with Integrated Fuel Return System has other great features as well like a -8AN o-ring thread fuel feed outlet to supply even the biggest pumps on the market when you want to get the most performance out of your diesel. It features a - 4AN drain should you ever need to drain your fuel tank.
To install this Billet Aluminum Bottom Sump with Integrated Fuel Return Sytem all you have to do is drill a 2 1/4 inch hole (smallest hole on the market) into your fuel tank, slip the clamp inside the fuel tank, and bolt the sump up to the clamp. This makes for a quick, easy, and leak-free installation to give your truck the performance you have been craving.
This kit ships with the fittings to attach hoses too, two bolts with brass washers for a leak-free seal, the sump with o-ring seal, clamp, return tube, and the hole saw. All you need to install once you receive your package is a power drill, and an allen wrench.
