WCFab Open House
One of Illinois’ biggest diesel truck events is back! The biannual WCFab Open House brings together some of the coolest custom and classic trucks, Jeeps, and Broncos in the Midwest for a full day of fun.
We’ve got something for everyone, including a dyno competition, show and shine awards, raffles, and an auction. You’ll have the chance to see some of the highest horsepower trucks in the Midwest compete for $10,000 on the dyno, check out top-tier builds up close, and talk directly with the brands behind your favorite parts. Plus, there’s plenty for the kids with pedal pulls and bounce houses.
Spectator admission is free! Raffle, Live Auction, Show & Shine, and the Dyno Competition proceeds support local students pursuing careers in the trades through the Wehrli Custom Fabrication Scholarship Fund in partnership with the DeKalb County Community Foundation. Since 2022, we’ve raised over $48,000 towards the fund!
This is a family-friendly event built around supporting the next generation of enthusiasts. Please note that we have a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior, including loud music, speeding, and burnouts.

Want to find out how much horsepower your truck really makes? We’ve got some exciting news! The team at North West Dyno Series will be onsite with their mobile dyno equipment to help us crown a champion at our Dyno Competition. We'll have Over $11,000 in payouts! The top three in each class will earn a payout, including $4,000 to the Unlimited Dyno Class winner. Thanks to John C Garage for adding an additional $1,000 for this year's Unlimited class winner! Pre-registration is limited to the first 40 trucks. Must pre-register to be eligible for awards.
Here's your chance to check out some of the best trucks and Jeeps in the area competing for the top spot in our Show & Shine. With a variety of both diesel and gas classes, there will be something for everyone to admire. $2,300 total value in prizes! Pre-register for Show & Shine entry to save $5.
Get your Beaver Tails and Kentucky Waterfalls ready! The Mullet Competition is back for another year! No pre-registration is needed. Entry is free and the competition will take place during the live auction. Winner will receive a Trophy and Swag Pack!

We'll have raffle items available from your favorite brands and local businesses. Our 50/50 raffle is another opportunity to win big.
Have you been waiting for a deal? Now's your time! We'll have discounts on select products and services available ONLY for Open House attendees in person on the day of the event.
We've got an opportunity for future truck and tractor pullers! The one that can ride the pedal tractor with a weighted sled the furthest will win some fun pint sized prizes. Limited to the first 175 registered. Registration runs from 10:30 am-11:30 am. Pulls begin at noon.
