Q: What shipping options are available?

We ship Fedex and UPS, but we can ship USPS upon request.

Q: What are your current lead times?

Current lead time for Fabricated & Powder Coated Products to ship out is 10-15 BUSINESS days from your date of order.

In stock items ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted. Next Day Air orders for In Stock items ship within 1 business day if placed by 10 am CST. (EXCLUDES Fabricated and Powder Coated Products).

Some products from other brands are currently experiencing long lead times.

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?

Yes, please contact us at sales@wcfab.com or 630-277-8239 for pricing. WCFab is not responsible for any duties, taxes or other fees related to the product crossing international borders.

Q: What could cause a shipping delay?

Holidays, weather, events, out of stock items, sales, or UPS shipping facility delays can create a backup.

Q: What is your return policy?

Once you receive an order, you have 10 days to inspect the product for any damage or any 'missing' components. After 10 days, the customer is responsible for the cost of any missing or damaged components and shipping. We offer a 30 day Return Policy on product (excluding custom built kits/orders). All product is subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned complete with all components that have not been installed or damaged. Missing or damaged components may only receive a partial refund, or no refund. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Cancellations of any order that includes powder coating will also incur a restocking fee. Please contact us for any questions regarding returns or to receive an RMA number.
