WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION warrants to the consumer that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from date of the original purchase. Products that fall within this 12 month warranty period will be repaired or replaced at WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION’s option to the consumer, when it is determined by WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION that the product failed due to defects in material or workmanship.

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of parts in the WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION product. In no event shall this warranty exceed the original purchase price of the WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION product nor shall WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION be responsible for special, incidental or consequential damages or costs incurred due to the failure of this product. Warranty claims to WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION must be transportation prepaid and accompanied with dated proof of purchase and return authorization number supplied by WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of product and is non-transferable. All implied warranties shall be limited in duration to the said 12 month warranty period. Improper use or installation, accident, abuse, unauthorized repairs or alterations voids this warranty. WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION disclaims any liability for consequential damages due to breach of any written or implied warranty on all products manufactured by WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION.

Q: Vehicle Warranty and Emissions

A vehicle modified by the use of performance parts and tuning may not meet the legal requirements for use on public roads. Use or installation of performance parts and tuning may adversely affect the drivability and reliability of your vehicle, and may also affect or eliminate your insurance coverage, factory warranty and new OEM part warranty. There is no warranty stated or implied due to the stress placed on your vehicle by performance parts and our inability to monitor its use, tuning or modification. Customers purchasing or installing any off road competition products take sole responsibility for doing so. Competition products are not to be used on the street.

Q: WCFab Performance Shop Limited Product and Labor Warranty

This warranty applies to WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION parts and begins on the invoice date of part purchase and ends twelve (12) months or 12,000 miles from that date, whichever occurs first. Due to the variety of modifications and changes made to vehicles and/or engines that may affect the performance or durability of related components, WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION’s obligation under this warranty extends solely to the repair or replacement parts manufactured by WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION.

This warranty applies to WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION’s labor and begins on the invoice date and ends twelve (12) months from that date. WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION’s obligation under this limited labor warranty extends solely to the labor required for the repair of components or systems deemed by WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION to have been damaged as a result of a WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION employee’s negligence during installation of those components, systems, or existing components and systems.

All warranty returns must be pre-authorized by contacting WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION at (630) 277-8239. Parts deemed under warranty will be repaired or replaced by WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION at no cost to the customer. Payment of the cost of labor related to said repair/replacement is at the sole discretion of WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION and will only be covered by WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION where the WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION part or parts were originally installed or service was performed at the WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION facility located at 300 Harvestore Dr. DeKalb, IL 60115. Labor/service performed at any other facility is at the sole discretion of that facility and is excluded from this warranty.

To file a warranty claim, WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION or the authorized dealer must be notified of the claim and the vehicle and/or part must be brought to WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION or the authorized dealer within seventy-two (72) hours of discovery of the defect, where feasible. Any returned merchandise shipped to WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION must be shipped with the WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION issued Return Authorization (RA) number clearly marked on the exterior of the shipping carton or package. Shipping charges to and from WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION are the responsibility of the customer.

To file a warranty claim, the part must be returned with proof of purchase, the customer name and address, type of vehicle, year, odometer reading, and VIN number (where applicable), the installation and removal date of the part, and the date the part was delivered. No claims will be considered without the aforementioned information and the original WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION part. Return freight charges must be prepaid. Collect charged returns will not be accepted. All parts replaced under warranty will become the sole property of WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION Performance.

Q: EXCLUSIONS

Parts showing evidence of misapplication, abuse, misuse, improper maintenance, neglect, alterations from their original configuration, or failure to follow installation instructions are expressly not covered by this warranty. WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION reserves the right to make changes to products, or specifications at any time without obligation to modify earlier parts. No person, company, or other organization is authorized to assume for WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION any warranty responsibility or make binding judgments regarding warranties of any parts, which from time to time may become subject of a warranty claim.

The WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION Limited Product Warranty further excludes the following: Transportation and shipping charges, towing and rental car charges, damage to a component or assembly due to installation of replacement parts with specification(s) that differ in any material respect from the original vehicle manufacturer’s or WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION parts, damage resulting from the modification of an WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION part, damage resulting from the use of other manufacturer’s products in conjunction with WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION’s products or systems, damage to clutch or transmission components, maintenance services and parts when replaced during maintenance such as lubricants, fluids, engine tune-up parts, replacement filters, coolant and refrigerant, mechanical adjustments or repairs which result from normal wear and tear, drive belts, light bulbs, damage due to the failure to perform maintenance services at the specified intervals or in accordance with the instructions in the owner’s manual from the original vehicle manufacturer or WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION product instructions, damage attributed to negligence, improper installation, improper treatment contrary to the instructions in the owner’s manual from the original vehicle manufacturer or WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION product instructions, damage resulting from improper or contaminated fuel, damage to a WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION component as a result of a collision or repair, any vehicle/products operated and used in a competitive event, custom designed competition parts, incidental and /or consequential damages, including loss of time, inconvenience or loss of the use of the vehicle.

WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION’ Limited Product Warranty applies only to WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION vehicles and WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION products sold and installed through WEHRLI CUSTOM FABRICATION Preferred Dealers and Installers.

Q: What could cause a shipping delay?

Holidays, Weather, Events During the season when the shop is short-handed, Out Of Stock Items, Sales or special events that create a backup in the shop, or the every so often case of UPS shipping facilities delays.

Q: What is your return policy?

We offer a 30 day return Policy on product (excluding custom built kits/orders) All product is subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned complete with all components, have not been installed, and no damage. Missing or damaged components may only receive partial refund. customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Cancellations of an order that includes custom powder coating will also incur a fee.
