Featuring a massive 3.5-inch Y-Bridge intake manifold paired with our high-flow turbo inlet horn, this bolt-on upgrade delivers a 146% increase in airflow over the factory intake manifold system while remaining emissions compatible and requiring no tuning for installation.

Unlike designs that simply deadhead exhaust gas into the intake stream, the WCFab intake manifold features an optimized EGR introduction and mixing cavity - eliminating a major flow path obstruction in the OEM design. This promotes more thorough mixing of EGR gases with incoming air, helping reduce soot accumulation inside the intake manifold while dramatically increasing airflow vs. OEM and maintains a more consistent airflow over the lifetime of the truck.

The result is improved throttle response, quicker turbo spool-up, lower exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs), and increased overall engine efficiency. When paired with custom performance tuning and upgraded turbochargers, this system provides the airflow needed to support significantly higher horsepower levels.

The included heat-treated cast aluminum turbo inlet horn is designed for maximum airflow while maintaining compatibility with both factory and aftermarket air intake systems and OEM style drop-in turbocharger upgrades. It retains the OEM-style widemouth oval inlet for a seamless installation.

The inlet horn utilizes a dual O-ring slip-fit connection at the turbo compressor cover, providing a simple, leak-free installation. The design also retains the factory CCV hose routing and function through a precision CNC machined billet aluminum, black anodized CCV fitting with a #10 ORB thread connection.

To further improve performance and sound, the factory turbo resonator is eliminated, allowing for increased turbo whistle and a more aggressive engine tone.
