The LLY (2004.5-2005) DT1000 - BUILT TRANSMISSION is designed for 2004.5 and 2005 Chevy Silverado or GMC Sierra Duramax Trucks being pushed to extreme performance levels. Great for those that are building the ultimate daily driver, towing very heavy loads or just want to put a lot of power through their Allison 1000 transmission for competition use. Our rigid standards for excellence are not limited to just overall strength, this setup is meant for the daily drivers. No harsh shifting or banging of gears. Just smooth, positive shifts from a transmission you can rely on.
Your DT1000 Built Transmission will come with all new billet internals, upgraded clutches, steels, electronics, sensors, valve body, and return springs, ready to be installed. We will even help arrange roundtrip shipping. Generally, there is little to no lead time for the DT1000 transmission.

This transmission features all the quality upgrades included with the DT750 in addition to billet input, output shafts, and a billet P2 planet gear. Add a billet intermediate shaft for peace of mind. We also upgrade the P1 sun gear and the C2 hub.
