Intercooler & Radiator Kit for Duramax Swap - 1981-1987 GM C/K Square Body Truck

The WCFab Intercooler and Radiator Kit is engineered for upgrading a classic 1981-1987 3/4 or 1 Ton GM C/K Square Body Truck(Chevy C20, C30, K30) with a 6.6L Duramax diesel engine conversion. Developed and tested on our own Duramax swapped Square Body shop truck, this kit provides a clean, proven solution for mounting a high-performance radiator and intercooler in your build. Featuring a specially modified Griffin Dual Row Aluminum Radiator with Dual 16-inch Electric Fans (2148 CFM total) and an Aluminum Shroud, along with a customized Vibrant Performance Intercooler / charge air cooler, this kit is designed to keep coolant and intake air temperatures under control on your diesel swap. The radiator inlet and outlet have been modified by our fabrication team to match the OEM Duramax specifications for ease of installation. Kit includes CAD designed, laser cut, CNC bent raw steel upper and lower core support mounting brackets ready for painted or powder coated in the color of your choice after installation.

May also work on 1973-1980 trucks with modification.

Auxiliary Transmission Cooler, Intercooler pipe plumbing, and radiator hoses not included. Those components must be built / sourced separately depending upon your final configuration.

Note: This kit requires welding for final installation of the lower support bracket.
