2001-2004 LB7 Duramax Stealth Mach 1 Hybrid Turbo

The LB7 Stealth Mach 1 Hybrid Turbo is a specialized, stock appearing direct replacement turbo for your 2001, 2002, 2003, or 2004 LB7 6.6L Duramax with features you won't find anywhere else. Specifically designed for Sled Pulling and Compound Turbo applications due to its unique configuration. This turbo features all the guts of Duramaxtuner's most powerful (67mm) Mach 2 turbo, but with the slight teak of utilizing their smaller 63mm Air grabber compressor wheel. This was done in order to create the most optimized primary compound turbo offering on the market. This turbo is also a great option for those limited to a 64mm compressor wheel due to competition regulations and who want to make the most out of their top-end performance. The Stealth Mach 1 Hybrid does all this in a liquid-cooled package protected by 360-degree thrust bearings.

While upgrades found in the Mach 2 such as the extra-large turbine wheel are not ideal for low end power or spool-up, the improvement in flow that it offers can directly result in an increase in top-end performance. This increase in flow is also ideal for passing as much of the additional exhaust gas energy as possible on to the turbine of a secondary turbo in a compound setup. Furtherhelping to increase compound turbo setup efficiency and performance. Increased exhaust side flow from upgrades such as the upgraded turbine wheel, and ported exhaust housing can significantly help in managing EGTs while under load.
